Shipping and costs

Delivery times

We only ship from Monday to Wednesday.

For orders within Germany the processing time takes about 1-3 working days. Shipping with DHL takes another 1-3 working days within Germany.

For shipping within the EU it takes 1-3 working days for the processing and up to 7 working days for shipping.

For shipping into "non EU countries" (currently only Switzerland and Norway) the processing time takes about 6 to 8 working days. Because for we need to request a PHYTO for the plants. Delivery time is another 5 - 8 working days. "Appendix 1" plants we do not deliver into these countries.

On very cold days we do not ship plants. Especially in January and February the shipment can be delayed for some days

Please note that during February, March, April and September order processing can be slightly delayed due to the volume of orchid exhibitions in those months.

Shipping Countries

Usually we only deliver within the EU and Switzerland and Norway. If you want us to ship to another country, please contact us per E-Mail. If it is necessary we request the PHYTO for you.

Winter Deliveries

To protect plants at low temperatures, we will ship your plants with thermal bags in order to keep the temperature inside the parcel more stable.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship plants in heavy frost. We will reschedule delivery as soon as weather conditions improve.

Delayed Shipping

In case shipping of an order is delayed, we will inform you immediately.

Return of damaged Plants and Goods

We assume the transport risk for orders shipped to Germany and in all EU-countries. Even if plants or goods are damaged, we will send a free replacement.

Please inform us of any damage within three working days.

Shipping partner

Orders will always be shipped with DHL.

EU: 19,40 € (incl. cold protection)
Switzerland and Norway: 64,50 € (PHYTO included)
