Right of rescission

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. 

This cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party acting on your behalf, who is not the carrier, have or has taken possession of the goods. 

To exercise your right of revocation you must notify us,

in a clear statement (e.g. in a letter sent by post, by fax or by e-mail) about your decision to revoke this contract. You may use the cancellation form provided or you may complete the cancellation form online (https://www.kopf-orchideen.de/en/Order-cancellation). 

Consequences of revocation 

If you revoke this contract, we are obliged to return to you all payments that we received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs that may have arisen if you selected a different form of delivery to the lowest-cost standard delivery offered to you by us), immediately and not later than within fourteen days of the date on which we receive your notification of revocation of the contract. We will use the same payment method for making this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless an alternative method has been expressly agreed on with you; under no circumstances will you be charged for this refund. 

We may refuse to issue the refund until we have received the goods back from you or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, depending on which of these is the earlier. 

You must return or send back the goods to us immediately and in any case not later than within fourteen days of the date on which you notified us of your revocation of the contract. This period is deemed to have been satisfied if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. 

You must pay the direct costs of the return shipment of the goods.
