§1 Validity in respect of business people and definitions of terms
(1) The following general terms of business apply for all deliveries made between us and the consumer in the version valid at the time the order is placed.
A consumer means every natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside his trade, business or profession (section 13 German Civil Code (BGB)).
§2 Entry into contracts and the storage of contract texts

(3) The presentation of the goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding contractual offer on our part, but is rather merely a non-binding invitation to consumers to order goods. By placing an order for goods he/she desires, the consumer makes an offer that is binding on him/her for the conclusion of a purchase contract.
(4) When an order is placed in our online shop, the following rules apply: The consumer makes a binding contractual offer by successfully completing the ordering procedure provided in our online shop.
Before making a binding confirmation of the order the consumer may click the "Back" button in his web browser after checking that they have entered their details correctly to return to the web page on which the customer details are entered and correct any errors; they may also, by closing the browser, abort the ordering process. We confirm receipt of the order immediately by sending an automatically generated e-mail. By doing this we accept your offer.
(5) Storage of the contract text for orders made in our online shop: We store the text of the contract and send you the order details and our terms and conditions by e-mail. You can also view our terms and conditions at any time at http://www.kopf-orchideen.de/en/Terms-Conditions. You can also review previous orders in our customer zone at My Account > View Orders.
§3 Prices, shipping costs, payment and due dates
(1) The prices quoted include statutory VAT and all other price elements. Shipping costs are additional.
(2) Consumers may pay by means of prepayment, PayPal, direct debit or credit card.
(3) If a consumer has opted for prepayment, he/she is obliged to pay the purchase price immediately after the contract has been concluded.
§4 Delivery
(1) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all the goods we offer are ready for dispatch immediately. In this case delivery is made within a maximum of 5 working days. In the case of prepayment, this delivery period begins on the day following the date on which the payment order is issued to the bank performing the transfer, and for all other payment methods it begins on the day after the contract is concluded. If the delivery period ends on a Saturday, a Sunday or a statutory public holiday at the place of delivery, the period shall end on the following working day.
(2) The risk of accidental loss or damage and or accidental deterioration of the purchased goods, even for an online purchase, passes to the purchaser only at the time that the goods are handed over to him/her.
§5 Retention of title
We reserve the ownership of the goods until full payment of the purchase price has been received.
